Sales Performance Dashboard
- Dashboard name: Sales Performance
- Type: Stacked
Names of Dashlets and their typical settings:
- "Sales v Target - [User's Name]" (Dashlet Type = Quota)
- Period 1 and Period 2: Set to Current Month and Current Year
- NOTE: The Quota Dashlet Type displays the Invoice Totals of All Jobs Owned by a specific Sales Person with the Dates on those Individual Invoices falling in a specified Time Range and compares that to the Quota for a like time range configured on the Sales Person’s User Account under Admin User Management. The Quota Dashlet does not include invoices on Jobs where the Stage is currently ‘Lost.’
- Account Source: All
- Selected Owner 1 and 2: It is typical to set these to the same Salesperson and to add additional Quota dashlets to compare other Salespeople
- Excluded Field Offices 1 and 2: Select nothing. Selecting any field office will exclude jobs associated with that field office from the data in the dashlet.
- Excluded Divisions 1 and 2: Select nothing. Selecting any division will exclude jobs of that type.
It is typical for there to be additional Quota Dashlets added for specific Salespeople. Your Sales Admin should inform you if this is the case.
