KPI Dashboard
Note
KPI goals can be configured, added, or edited within User Management under a user's profile. This must be done per user.
Follow the outline below for setting up a KPI Dashboard in your system.
Dashboard name: KPIs
- Type: Stacked
Names of Dashlets and their typical settings:
- "Team Performance" (Dashlet Type = KPI Team Performance)
- Period: Current Month
- Security Groups: Salesperson
- KPI Activity Types: Your Sales Admin will inform you of which Activity Types count towards your KPIs
- "My Performance" (Dashlet Type = KPI Team Performance)
- Period: Current Month.
- Employees: Select yourself. If you are not a Salesperson, you may want to rename this Dashlet: "Individual Performances" and select multiple employees to track
- KPI Activity Types: Your Sales Admin will inform you of which Activity Types count towards your KPIs
- (Dashlet Type = Task Average Completion Time) and (Dashlet Type = Task Status)
- The Names of these Dashlets do not display
- Period: Current Year or Current Month
- Task Types and Employees: Your Sales Admin will inform you of the settings for these Dashlets if your team is using them. They are highly customizable and can function differently depending on what job role and Task KPI is being tracked. If your team is not current using Tasks for KPI tracking, there is an opportunity to be onboarded in using them by speaking with the Luxor Team in our weekly Q&A sessions
