Vendor Exchange, a handy add-on tool in Xactimate, allows you to transfer your estimate data directly into your DASH job. The main goal of Vendor Exchange is to simplify the process of moving estimates between systems. To get started with Vendor Exchange, just follow these user-friendly steps in both Xactimate and your DASH interface.

Find Your Xactnet Address
Xactimate Online
- Log in to Xactimate Online
- Click on the icon in the top right corner
- Copy your XactNet Address from the menu
- Note: Make sure to use Ctrl+C or right click and copy. The XactNet Address is case sensitive and must be entered into DASH exactly as it appears here.

- Choose the About Xactimate option
- Locate your XactNet address at the bottom

Configure DASH Settings
The walk-thru below will demonstrate how to add your Xactnet address into DASH as well as enable proper security access to Import estimates once your integration is complete.
Enable Vendor Exchange
Now that the steps above have been completed, it is time to set up Vendor Exchange. This will allow you to send an estimate from Xactimate and import it into DASH. You will need to set this up in Xactimate.
Xactimate Support
If this is your first time enabling the Vendor Exchange tool in your Xactimate system, you may need to get Xactware Support to enable the tool in your system. You will need to reach out to their support team.
When you speak to Xactware, you can use this script to request that Vendor Exchange is enabled for Importing
