Overview
You can utilize existing email provider by logging in with your email provider's details. Follow the steps outlined below to configure the settings for Yahoo, Gmail, NoIP, or other email services.
Setup
- Access Email Settings in DASH by hovering over Administration -> clicking Employee / Security Settings -> click Email Settings.
- Click Edit next to the Employee who needs email settings configured.
- Under the "User Information" tab, fill out the "From Name" and "Employee Name" (these two fields will be the user's first and last name). Enter the employee's work email address.
- IMPORTANT: the next steps will depend on which email provider you use (Yahoo, GoDaddy, NoIP Server or 1and1.
- See the Suggested Server Settings below tab for the incoming and outgoing mail server information
- Fill out your username and password for the email client (ex: use your Yahoo! email and password) in the incoming and outgoing tabs.

NOIP Server
- Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): mail.noip.com
- Port: 993 or 143
- Check SSL
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.noip.com
- Port: 587
- Check SSL
1and1
- Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): imap.1and1.com
- Port: 993
- Check SSL
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.1and1.com
- Port: 587
- Leave SSL Unchecked
GoDaddy
- Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): imap.secureserver.net
- Port: 993
- Check SSL
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtpout.secureserver.net
- Port: 465 or 587
- Leave SSL unchecked
Yahoo
- Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): imap.mail.yahoo.com
- Port: 993
- Check SSL
- Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.mail.yahoo.com
- Port: 465 or 587
- Check SSL
