Contact Classifications
Contacts are automatically classified in the CRM system according to the guidelines below. You can leverage Priority Views in CRM to prioritize these contacts or utilize custom reports or custom views for customized data.

A Contacts
- A1 = A contact who has referred and been professionally associated to a job (Agent, Adjuster, Property Manager, etc) at least once in the last 90 days.
- A2 = A contact who has referred you at least one job in the last 90 days and been professionally associated to a job (Agent, Adjuster, Property Manager, etc) at least once in the past, but not in the last 90 days.
- A3 = A contact who has referred you at least one job in the last 90 days and has never been professionally associated to a job (Agent, Adjuster, Property Manager, etc) your company has been on.
B Contacts
- B1 = A contact who has referred you at least one job, but not in the last 90 days, and has been professionally associated to a job (Agent, Adjuster, Property Manager, etc) at least once in the last 90 days.
- B2 = A contact who has referred and been professionally associated to a job (Agent, Adjuster, Property Manager, etc) at least once in the past, but not in the last 90 days.
- B3 = A contact who has referred you at least one job, but not in the last 90 days, and has never been professionally associated to a job (Agent, Adjuster, Property Manager, etc) your company has been on.
C Contacts
- C1 = A contact who has never referred to you but has been professionally associated to a job (Agent, Adjuster, Property Manager, etc) at least once in the last 90 days.
- C2 = A contact who has never referred but has been professionally associated to a job (Agent, Adjuster, Property Manager, etc) at least once in the past, though not in the last 90 days.
- C3 = A contact who has never referred to you and has never been professionally associated to a job.
