Mass edit Progress Notifications for existing Workflows

Question

  • How can I mass update/reassign who gets Progress Notifications for particular Workflows/compliance tasks?

Answer

The Workflow builder allows users to update Progress Notifications for multiple workflows instead of doing them one by one.

To apply a Progress Notification to multiple workflows:

  1. Hover over Administration from the blue navigation ribbon in your DASH environment.
  2. Select Workflow Builder from the dropdown.
  3. At the top of the Workflow Builder page, expand the Mass Apply Settings section.

  4. Select Preset Progress Notifications.

  5. Select the checkbox(es) next to the workflows that need to be updated.

  6. Click on the Present Progress Notifications drop-down menu and select the Progress Notification that needs to be applied to the selected workflows.
  7. NOTE: Users will also have the ability to create a new Progress Notification, if needed, by clicking on the blue plus sign next to the Preset Progress Notification drop-down menu.
  8. Click Apply Settings.
