Overview
Cotality may provide one to your company through Zoho Mail. Emails will be hosted under @dashstart.net or @mail.ngsapps.net domains.
Setup
- Access Email Settings in DASH by hovering over Administration -> clicking Employee / Security Settings -> click Email Settings.
- Click Edit next to the Employee who needs email settings configured.
- Under the "User Information" tab, fill out the "From Name" and "Employee Name" (these two fields will be the user's first and last name). Enter the employee's work email address.
- IMPORTANT: the next steps will depend on whether users in your company are set up for IMAP or POP3. You can confirm by looking at other users in your account under Administration -> Employee / Security Settings -> Email Settings. Click Edit next to any user with enabled email settings to see if they are set up for POP3 or IMAP under the Incoming tab.
- Follow appropriate steps below based on step #4 (choose one)

- Click Save.
