• Why can't multiple people (i.e. technician and homeowner) sign a document simultaneously on the mobile app?
• Why does the mobile app close my document after signatures are added?

Answer

For security purposes, only one participant (internal or external) can sign at a time. A unique session URL is generated each time a document is signed. Therefore, you cannot sign as the technician (for example), then keep the document open and have the customer sign. The document closes and must be reopened between signatures for added security.
