Answer

You can easily change the formatting of your BI fields by doing the following:

1. Navigate to your report in BI
2. Click Edit  > Design
   
   
   
3. Switch to Configuration Mode
4. Then you will need to edit the data field format
   1. Click on the column/field that you would like to edit
   2. Select the Field Properties tab from the right-hand properties menu
   3. Locate "Format"
   4. Click on the Format dropdown and select from the available formatting options listed
